Jacquel Tucker is full of passion and fire and it's easy to understand why. If someone had told her when she was a little girl growing up in rural Jamaica with her parents and 8 siblings that one day she would feed up to 2,000 families monthly in the USA and it would happen during the worst pandemic, she would have laughed, told them no way - her family could barely afford dinner or even a tube of toothpaste.

After spending more than 25 years in the hospitality industry and leading high-performing sales teams responsible for booking millions of dollars in revenue annually, she reached a moment where the path forward became clear. The calling on her life was no longer confined to corporate leadership. She stepped away from corporate America to build something new.
Through her work as a business strategist, brand architect, nonprofit founder, and leadership advisor, she began helping professionals turn their God-inspired vision and dreams into businesses, nonprofits, and platforms that create meaningful impact.
Over the years, she has helped hundreds of leaders and believers gain clarity on their assignment and supported more than 100 founders in building and launching their very own purpose-driven businesses and nonprofits. At the same time, the nonprofit she co-founded with her husband, The Jamaica Project USA, has delivered over $1 million in humanitarian and development impact across three countries.Â

Dr. Jacquel Tucker holds a doctorate degree in Christian Leadership and Business and lives in Georgia, USA with her best friend and fellow entrepreneur Shun Tucker who is the Chairman of their nonprofit. Jacquel also serves as a ministry leader at Victory Church in Norcross GA. She firmly believes "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" and her greatest desire is to hear from our Heavenly Father "well done good and faithful servant".
